Kokam Juice

Kokam Sarbat


1 glass Water
  • 3 tbsp sugar(as per your requirement)
  • 1 pinch black salt or salt (optional)
    Few Ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • Mint(Pudina) leaves


  1. Take a glass of water and dissolve 1 or 2 tbsp of Kokamrut  kokum syrup to it
  2. Add sugar and pinch of salt and stir
  3. Add ice cubes and pudina leaves
  4. Mix some sugar and roasted cumin powder and spread it in a plate
  5. Dip the glass rim in this mixture
  6. Gently pour the sarbat in this glass and serve
