2-3 teaspoon of Kokamrut Juice(Aagal)
2 cups of  coconut milk
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3-4 curry leaves(kadipatta)
Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 green chilly
Salt to taste


  1. Take a kadhai and add oil and heat it
  2. Add cumin seeds, currey leaves and fry them
  3. Add garlic and green chili and saute it well
  4. Add coconut milk and Kokamrut Juice(Aagal) and get it boil
  5. Mix it well until it becomes pinkish in color. Add salt and stir well
  6. Finally, serve Kokam curry with plain rice or Have it plain after food
